Assignment-10. Being a 6-8 English Teacher I will take up following steps to implement in my teaching.       1. First I will go through the lesson plan I have prepared on the lesson I am going to teach for the class allotted for me in that particular class. 2. I will teach the class taking one or two steps-maximum three steps- of the lesson I am going to teach in a class.  3. I will try to develop the Listing, Speaking, Reading and Writing of the English language in the students. 4.I will develop good atmosphere of learning to the students. 5. I will bring out the moral values among the children. 6. I will bring out the efficiency in learning in the students. I will make the students know of the subject of my teaching very well. 7 I will bring out the good character in the children. 10. I will bring out the importance of Education to the society among the students. 11. I will bring out the practical experience of English language aquisition for the present day world. 12. English language learning in the present day world is whole and sole for the young children;  that I will strive for. 13. I will put forth the lot of interests among students to study well making English language learning easier knowing the background of the students. 14. I will do vocabulary building of English in the children. 15. I will develop effective speaking skills in the students. I will make the students to speak on their own based on the present day situation of the world. 16. I will do the challenge  based teaching in the class to meet the present day competencies. 17. I will try to develop the intelligence in the students. 18. I will use the teaching aids so effectively to bring out the betterment of the Teaching-Learning process. 19. I will prepare teaching aids on the contents and the contexts of teaching in the class. 20. I will use better evaluative techniques-usually by questioning- to know the students' learning and their needs of learning. 21. Before I move on to these levels of teaching I will prepare the students to know basics of learning each lesson of each unit in the text. 22. I will try to implement the techniques of the Government for betterment of Education for the children of our country- such as- Nali Kali, Keli Kali, Baa Baale Shalege etc... in a way the children will be attracted towards learning and coming to shools. 23. I hope my students will become the good citizens of not only India but of any country they live in. With this hope I will carry on my teaching work by creating new atmosphere  of learning of each unit of the text. 24. I will also teach the ways of adjust -ing to the new situations   each time. 25.Finally I conclude by Saying, "I Devaraju an Assistant Teacher teaching English for the Government Schools of Karnataka- Currently in Malkapalli GHPS, Sedam Taluk- Solemnly declare that I will do my work remembering the roles of a teacher".
